Vista Marietas is a luxury 3 bed, 3 bath boutique condo in the tranquil village of Punta de Mita on the sandy shores of the best beach with one of the most reliable surfing in the area. You are literally steps away from the water with a luxurious blend of fresh Pacific seafood, contemporary Mexican haute cuisine or authentic local places all set against the backdrop of the laid-back beachfront charm. The village is on a peninsula on the norther tip of the Bay of Banderas surrounded by a world renowned 5 star luxury resort . The balcony offers stunning panoramic views of the coastline, the Marietta islands and the Sierra Madre mountains across the bay. We are just completing the renovation of our unit with new furnishings, beds, lighting even down to the bedding, towels, small appliances, dishes, pots and pans. This boutique condominium only has 18 units but has a very large pool, two cabanas, plenty of outside loungers and a hot tub. No other unit has its own indoor infrared sauna.

The region is a haven for surfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling and deep-sea fishing. Whale watching between December and March is unsurpassed and the balcony is a prime spot for viewing migrating humpback whales and their calves.
