About this house rental
This small two story home was built in 1900. Updates through the years have not lost the charm. This two bedroom and two full bath home has plenty of room for a traveling family or professionals for business. Decorated in all new retro style interior, it takes you to a time of peace and tranquil. The time period is 1955-early 60’s. Teals, reds, yellows and other rich colors throughout brighten your day. There are a few choice pieces from our past that we just had to place in the home. Next door are two other of our places. You can walk to the downtown area for views of the river or ratios that are locally owned mom and pop. Sit on the front porch or relax on the back deck. Everything is included for your stay but your food and clothes. Visit this site for all 8 of our places. Beth and Jerry
You need to know that the claw foot tub upstairs is currently being re plumbed, and not able to be used. We had it working , but the hot water won’t work. Shower is in the bathroom on the first floor. Sink and toilet does work upstairs.

This is such an adorable house! Retro is right! This place was so fun to stay at! the decor was amazing, right down to a record player with vinyl! The location was great in Gallipolis. So nice to have an option that is not one of the hotels there. Would definetly stay again.

This is such a cool place! Gave us a really relaxing place to stay in between our adventures of exploring Gallipolis and surrounding area. Point Pleasant, Mothman, the location is very convenient for exploring these things. And the decor is absolutely charming!
