House with Art Deco decoration, near the beach
"La Petite Source" was the Stables of a lovely manor house, 500 meters and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Its Art Deco decoration makes it completely atypical. Comfort and modernity combine with the brightness that reigns in this house.
Pleasantly installed on the lawn, under the magnificent Cedar, you can see the children playing in the garden (1400 m², table and chairs, deck chairs, gas barbecue)
The living room, very large and pleasant to live in, adorned with a fireplace, opens onto the garden through a double glazed door (TV and WIFI).
You climb a few steps to sit at the table, in the dining room which adjoins the kitchen, very generously equipped, and, among other things, by a magnificent old-fashioned stove, a central block, a cellar (capsule coffee maker, grill -bread, electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker hood, etc.)
Independent toilet on the ground floor.
A magnificent staircase takes you upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath), separate WC.
