About this chalet rental
Varengeville meadow is a lush countryside location 1.5 km from the village centre, in a very peaceful setting.
Three houses are situated one after another along the path crossing the meadow.
The upper house is called "la maison des Petites Bruyères". It can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in the main house and 2 in the small barn opposite.
The middle house is the Maison de Marguerite (another rental for 6 or 7 people). Then at the bottom, there is a house occupied year-round.
The green space is entirely open and thus offers a beautiful view over the valley. Each house has its privacy and a very large garden with no overlooking.
La Maison des Petites Bruyères, a former longhouse, completely renovated, has, on the day side, a beautiful living space consisting of a lounge with large fireplace (wood provided), and a dining room, separated by old timber framing, stripped of its daub. Then a functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and vitroceramic hob, microwave oven, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, classic filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker.
On the night side, the corridor leads first to 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, and one with 2 beds of 80 x 190 cm and a child's bed for 1 to 3 years old + baby chair) and 1 bathroom (with shower and toilet) and at the end a large bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) with its own en-suite shower room (+WC). All bedrooms open onto the garden and the terrace equipped with dining table and chairs and deckchairs. A ping-pong table and a swing are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
The barn opposite has a small lounge on the ground floor, and a bedroom upstairs with a 140 x 190 cm bed (WC and washbasin)
The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Private parking for 2 cars within the property.
Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, via a lovely walk of 20 to 30 minutes through the village and woods.
