Sea view apartment with swimming pool near beach

The views from the balcony were great. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was fantastic!

The location wasn’t the best. You can walk to the beach which is great, however getting into Split with all the construction going on around the apartment made it quite frustrating. One of the roads was closed and the Uber/Bolt drivers had a hard time getting to the condo for pick up. We had to catch most Ubers at the hotel down the street. Getting dropped off was also annoying, they wouldn’t go the longer way so would drop us off about 500m or so away from the apartment. My mother in law was with us and recently had hip surgery, so by the end of the day it was very tiresome. It’s also very noisy in the apartment with the surrounding neighbours. You could hear people showering, talking loudly, walking up the stairs to get to their rooms, moving furniture, etc.

Nice view on the sea, but still an area under construction which is not very convenient. 15min to go to a very big beach (also under construction with bars and restaurants)

Bathroom could be refreshed Sofa is not for 2 persons but 1 only We had to ask to get enough sheets for bed. Compared to all other apartments we visited during our trip in Croatia, it was the most expensive and not as great. Free parking is very small, not convenient, and should be privatized with assigned spots to avoid some 'tension' and savage parking.

the balcony, the pool, the amount of space, the swing was a nice touch.

Hot water ran out, spent a lot of money on Ubers into split as it was a far walk. no window in the toilet and air conditioning didn’t work so it was very hot. But would stay again.
