Very nice location, spacious appartment with a terrace and great view of the lake, nice and large garden. Swimming pool available in the garden.
The appartment has unnecessary (disturbing) stuff like the broken cabinet on the terrace or smelling spices in the kitchen. Nobody was responding to our sms/calls on Sunday when we were arriving … responses came late - only on Monday…

Man hat einen phänomenalen Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Orte. Pool wie auch Tennisplätze top. Naturbelassene Anlage. Sehr nettes Restaurant mit viel Ambiente und tollem Essen ums Eck. Sehr ruhig gelegen, da oberhalb von Malcesine.
Renovierungsbedürftig, Küche alt und Kaffeemaschinen funktionieren beide nicht. Utensilien zum Teil kaputt. Dreck zwischen Toploader und Spülmaschine wie auch viel Staub im Wohnraum. Möbel auf dem Balkon sind alt. Badezimmer sehr klein, es gab noch nicht mal einen Mülleimer. Vermieter über Booking kontaktiert auch bzgl. Kaffeemaschinen, sind aber nur mit einem Angebot gekommen, einen Reinigungsservice zu schicken.
