The property was located near the dialysis center for my father, it was so close that he could have walked. Also, the beds were very comfortable and my family members stated that they slept very well.
The knobs on the doors need to be updated.

Close to downtown but would not recommend walking. Plenty of room in the house. Nice kitchen. Supplied coffee.
Couple blocks from train. Issue with windows locking. Uninvited neighbor using houses outside faucet to fill 5 gallon water container.
