Enjoy your stay in this single story, 3 bedroom home w/ 2 baths. This house is perfect as a getaway among friends or families. Kitchen is furnished with coffee, microwave, pots & pans for basic cooking. Public park with pond which you can fish along the pier and enjoy a picnic under the sheltered picnic area. It is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Less than 3 miles from Walmart, restaurants and downtown shopping.

there was a issue with the dryer and the gas grill somebody had put charcoal in it and it was a nasty mess so couldn't use it and one of the dresser drawer was all broken but for the most part everything else was fine and would rent again

We were a little surprised. Check in as at 4 but we didn’t get in to the house until almost 6 pm. The door code that as provided was invalid and we had to use a key from a lock box after reaching the owner.Then the information provided for the WiFi was also incorrect. I had to contact the owner for the correct info for wifi.Then the second bedroom had a half empty water bottle in the night stand, the pillows had a piece of caramel candy underneath it and was smeared on two pillows.The bedroom trash cans still had trash in them. We couldn’t locate the the tv remote for the master bedroom.The back yard was not mowed and we couldn’t grill because of the mosquitos.The house was nice, neighborhood and location were good but a little surprised with the conditions we walked into.
