The house was very clean! Comfortable beds, ceiling fans and multiple TVs. It is an older home and there were some run down houses on the block. However, we had a great stay. Quick drive (3 minutes) to downtown. There were not sidewalks to downtown from this house so we drove instead of walking. Host was very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Overall an adorable place, property manager was great, but the surrounding neighborhood was a little scary- a lot of boarded up homes, fast cars, and load parties down the street- did not feel the safest.

The house needs a lot of work on the inside. For example, one place in the floor in one bedroom was soft and mushy like there was water damage underneath, faucets were loose. For the most part, the furniture was shabby and uncomfortable to sit in, though the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean on the surface mostly, but there were ketchup stains on the table in the living room, the stove had something left on it, lots of dust in places, shower wasn't super clean, extra blankets and towels were very musty and need to be cleaned, etc. The neighborhood was not well kept up but it was quiet. The owner and manager were very responsive.
