    - The proximity to the Blois Castle; - The patio behind the house; - Clean bed linen
    - The relative humidity which is perceivable upon entering the apartment; - The renovation works or repairs that were being carried out in the apartment next door starting 09:00 a.m. (just our bad luck);

    Smelly bedding, dusty and hot water runs out of nowhere.
    the kitchen is well equipped and everything appears to be new, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and relatively well located.
    Although the apartment/house is large (3 floors and 3 bedrooms), we faced some problems on the property. 1 - the bed sheets and pillows were rotten. So rotten that my wife couldn't sleep the first day and had to wash all (absolutely all) of the sheets in the apartment using the local washing machine. The smell really was sour. It was horrible. 2 - the hot water is finite. There is a certain time at night when the hot water runs out and you have to take a freezing shower. We had to get to the apartment before nightfall, otherwise it would be a cold shower for sure. 3 - the locks in the bedrooms didn't work. 4 - I don't think they've vacuumed the couch in about 10 years. If you're allergic to dust, good luck!

    Parking was an issue. One bed was not comfortable to sleep.

    Well located in the centre of Blois, this small house in appearance offers well organized rooms with all the comfort one may wish.

    Eccellente. Consigliato.
    Posizione ottima, nel centro di Blois. Casa accogliente, pulita, trovata calda. Tenuta bene...i bagni sembrano nuovi. C'era tutto il necessario, nelle stanze, nei bagni, in cucina. Asciugamani viso e doccia per tutti (e non è sempre così). Letti comodi. Comunicazione con l'host semplice e chiara. Anche il prezzo è stato ottimo per 5 persone/4 notti.
