Eleona's Royal Gardens By Yiota - Luxury 2 Bed Apartment in Exclusive Complex

Yiota was a wonderful host; she met us at the apartment and gave us a very comprehensive oversight of the apartment. Everything was excellent-having 2 en suite bathrooms was an unexpected bonus as we were sharing with friends. The rooms had been thoughtfully furnished, down to the little 'getting ready' areas with mirrors and plug sockets where you need them. Yiota had left us with a lovely welcome package too. The balcony is a lovely setting, with lovely sea views; the pool area was lovely, quiet with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The kitchen was really well stocked and it's clear that Yiota has worked hard to make this feel like a home from home.

We've never returned to a holiday home previously - but we couldn't resist coming back here ! A lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a delightfully peaceful complex of privately owned apartments overlooking a great pool & with both sea & picturesque hillside views of Pegia. The pool area was very quiet when we stayed on both occasions in September so we often had it to ourselves, plenty of sun loungers & parasols. When we were joined by residents - they were all very friendly. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite. Everything is spotlessly clean, linen towels inc pool towels provided & a mid-stay apartment clean! The balcony is very pleasant place to sit in the evening (south facing) - with a canopy cover, comfortable chairs & parasol plus plenty of room to dry your clothes. There's a dedicated parking space for the apartment in the undercroft parking right by the stairway to the apartment which on the (top) 2nd floor. An indoor pool, sauna & gym is a plus. The kitchen is the best equipped holiday rental we've ever stayed in - everything you could think of is provided. The air con is super efficient- and can be activated for each bedroom, the living room and kitchen separately as needed. Yiota is brilliant at responding to messages. Just 6 minutes drive to Carrelia (Laourou) beach/Coral Bay. Loads of choice to eat out locally (Porto Antico our favourite). Philippos Supermarket -amazing place 4 minutes drive. About 30 minutes to Paphos Harbour & the same to Polis.

Apartment was exactly as specified and in a really good location. Even though we had issues with the heating, the Hosts came out within 45 mins on a Sat evening to provided alternative heaters, you can't ask for much more. All in all an excellent apartment hosted by excellent Hosts. Yiota even provided essentials such as bread, milk, fruit and wine for our arrival, which was extremely thoughtful.

Obviously would have been better if the heating was working but these things happen and the alternatives provided were totally adequate. Nothing else to comment on.

This is the second time we have stayed here and just as good the second time, Peiya is less touristy than the main Coral Bay strip so is nice and not too busy. Lovely Villa, well equipped with two en-suite doubles and a nice balcony. Outside the swimming pool area is great. A short walk to two little supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants/take-aways.
