About this house rental
Our house in on small exclusive complex in lower Peyia. Approx 1 mile from Coral Bay beaches & restaurants and about half a mile from Peyia village with shops, bars and restaurants. This our house where we spend April & May and mid Oct to mid Dec each year
The perfect base to explore the rich diversity of the Cypriot west coast. 10k from Paphos with the Unesco heritage site, museums and Roman remains. Close to the sea caves coast leading to the Akamas Peninsula National Park with beautiful secluded beaches and breathtaking views.
Situated in a small exclusive complex of around 25 properties with a communal pool situated in beautiful gardens. The complex is very well maintained with an intimate & convivial atmosphere that will suit holiday makers who enjoy the quiet tasteful tranquility on offer.
The house is set out on three floors and includes:
Ground floor with open plan kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with bed settee and outside patio area with rattan furniture dining area & gas barbecue leading to the communal gardens & pool area.
2nd floor with double master bedroom, 2nd twin bedroom & bathroom.
3rd floor roof garden / sun terrace with seated area on one side and jucuzzi on other. Perfect place to watch sunset over Coral bay and soak up the sun.
The property is well appointed and comes with new air conditioning, Ceiling fans WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges & wall-mounted TV, as well as a jucuzzi. Portable sun loungers to take to beach. Also allocated undercover parking.
There are shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance, however hiring a car is recommended as most of time it's too hot to walk and there are are so many beautiful villages and beaches to visit nearby.

Superb town house in a lovely village. Pool area and gardens very clean and well maintained. The house has everything you need and is well looked after. The hot tub on the roof terrace is great to watch the sunset and this area is great for chilling out. There are two sun-beds on the roof as well. The air conditioning works extremely well and there are also ceiling fans in the property.

This lovely house is light, spacious and airy and also benefits from having a roof terrace which is perfect for sharing a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. The shared pool was never crowded, set within a beautiful garden and we met some charming residents and fellow holiday makers. The house is very well equipped-our hosts have really thought of everything. Although we met residents that managed without a car by using e-bikes and buses, if you are on holiday it’s probably best to hire a car as there are beautiful beaches to discover all over the island.
