Good communication from owner. Very comfortable and warm
In the second bedroom the double bed blocked the door from opening. Shower control was stiff so that in turning off you got a col shower for a moment. Toilet flushing handle felt like it was falling off!

This was our second stay at Holly cottage and it is so comfortable and has everything you need! The location is excellent with a short walk into Bowness centre.
