- Lage sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zur Messe sehr gut erreichbar - Parkplatz auf der Straße kostenfrei - Sofaqualität und Esstischstühle bequem - grundlegend sauber (Böden, Handtücher) - ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet - helle Wohnung

- Dusche ohne Halterung für die Brause - Geschirr und Besteck nicht richtig sauber und für vier Personen nicht vollständig - Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine mussten erst gereinigt und entkalkt werden - Matratzen zu weich - Ablagen fehlen in den Zimmern (nur ein Zimmer mit Schrank, keine Sideboards oder Regale oder Hocker) - Nicht funktionierender Fernseher wurde von Freitag bis Sonntag trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage ignoriert - keine Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden - keine Ablage neben dem Spülbecken

Bequeme Betten, geräumige Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Ruhige Gegend zum Entspannen.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und der Anbieter beschränkt den Kontakt scheinbar auf ein Minimum und manchmal mit zu langen Zeitabständen.
