Quiet residential location with a community feeling, walking distance from the main train station and bus and tram stops. Helpful and communicative owner. Fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped so we were puzzled by the apparent lack of a colander or sieve.
As other reviewers have stated, the wooden floors are very creaky! The washing machine is in the basement and because there is no drying rack in the flat itself, the tumble dryer is the only efficient way to dry washing. Clear written instructions regarding local rubbish and recycling would have been helpful.

Die Lage mitten im lebendigen Stadtviertel, die Sauberkeit , Ausblick nach hinten, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die schnelle unterstützende Hilfe bei Fragen.
Eigentlich nichts.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gemütlich. Gutes Bett.
Duschtür bleibt leider nicht zu. Deshalb wird das Bad auch sehr nass. Duschbrause hält überhaupt nicht in der Halterung. Leider knartschen die Bodendielen extrem laut.

Sehr schönes, helles Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Lage top, nettes Viertel, nah zum Bahnhof, ruhig.
