Sehr schöne Wohnung. Kurze Anfahrtswege. Für unsere Kollegen war die Wohnung ideal.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zwei Supermärkte und viele andere Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nachts ruhig. Es hatte in der einen Nacht ziemlich geschneit. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter haben wir schnell einen Besen und Streusalz bekommen (Schneeschieber war keiner zu bekommen) und man hat die Zuwegung gefegt und gestreut. Dieses "Schneechaos" kam für Bremen unerwartet.

Es war für unseren Bedarf sehr gut gelegen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Sehr bequeme Matratzen (eher fest).
Ein Handlauf bei der Außentreppe fehlt. Es war von den anderen Apartments her ziemlich hellhörig.
