Location and convenience. Next to supermarket and stations.
Was noisy due to football world cup live ahow in park outside.

The TV would be more useful if it supported ChromeCast or AirPlay. A microwave oven would be nice.

The location is ideal. Its proximity to the train station, COOP, Gornergat Bahn and a list of amazing restaurants is second to the none. On a clear sunny day one is able to see the Matterhorn and its orange gold ‘illumination’ during sunrise from the apartment’s balcony.
There was a small glitch in the bathtub’s drainage system but this could be rectified easily. Apart from that everything else was just terrific.

Close to train station, co-op, ski bus, and great view of the Matterhorn. Very comfortable.
Need throw blankets to make sitting in chairs or couch more pleasant. The sheep skins on the couch could have been used, but that seemed weird. Other downside is the lights from the sports facility was a bit harsh.
