Stylish Townhouse

Appreciated we could check in earlier and also met the cleaners who are amazing!! Whipped in and whipped out and did a gr8 efficient job cleaning for us. The whole place was roomy and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the City we are a family of 5 and it was great. The facilities were amazing bathtubs we all definitely used..and decor was interesting and well furnished. We attended a convention at Eden park and we had booked almost a year in advance and when other facilities heard about our convention they had upped their prices for alot of our friends who weren't able to book in some of the arrangements made with hotels etc..but this place did not alter their price which we are very grateful..I would highly recommend stayn at this stylish townhouse has everything you need and more (loved the coffee machine) The beds and pillows super super comfy..woke up without neck or back pain also was so hot that weekend but havn the heat pump on Kool and the fans in the room alleviated that heat wave and was so awesome to stay in -cant praise it enough!! The home was spacious, modern, and clean, with two full bathrooms and a water closet (which is very good when you're traveling with three men). The location was pretty good: a short drive/uber or bus trip away from the CBD and within walking distance to the Auckland Zoo. The host was very communicative, and left lots of info on the shops and restaurants in the area.

The parking was... less than ideal. It was not as easy as advertised to find parking on the street. In the mornings, there were a few spots nearby, but in the afternoons and evenings it could be difficult to find one. It was worse the first day or two of our stay, as there were still cones from recent roadworks blocking a lot of the street, but even after they were cleared, it was still challenging. The night we arrived, it was raining very heavily, the nearest spot we could find was a block and a half away, and we were soaked to the bone by the time we got our luggage to the townhouse. Would recommend traveling light if staying here, and using public transport during your stay.

The townhouse was situated in a good area, we found it quiet and a lovely selection of shops to meander through. It was close to a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes.

There was no guest parking.
