Very good, would happily stay again if working around Grimsby.

The self check-in and check-out were nice and easy, John’s instructions were clear, and you had freedom of the facilities in the house. The room was clean and had a TV, fridge and wardrobe, and there was a parking space available on the front driveway. Reasonable price.

It’s great value for the money

Good location and all facilities were available. A fridge in the room was really good

Next room guest was talking on the phone past 11pm and started again around 5.45am. This was really disturbing. If something can be done for sound proof, it’s an excellent place

I'm very surprised that these days I can get such a comfortable stay for cheap. Unbelievable! Thanks John and please keep it that way.

There are 4 rooms and only two parking spaces. But it's a famous and popular problem in all the UK.

Easy check in. Great instructions Lovely room and great tv. Felt comfy. Great knowing I could message John if needed.

I’m a light sleeper, but unfortunately the curtains didn’t block the light out. I had to use my throws to cover curtains. I’m sure they would be fine for others.

I would be delighted to stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable room with lots of space. Hit the right note, being homely without being overly to someone's personal taste. Easy access to keys, Wifi information clear. The whole house was exceptionally clean.

The door was slightly difficult to open from the inside and probably just needs someone handy to have a quick look at it.
