Spacious, clean, comfortable.
Stayed 2 nights. Very specious accommodation - the rooms and the communal areas too. Good cleaning standards, close to the beach, easy parking. It definitely exceeded my expectations, I was very satisfied with accommodation.
It could be nice to have a fan in the room when the weather is so hot. Also I never understood tiny sinks - very uncomfortable to use and not very practical.

Very easy to access the accommodation, communication and instruction was excellent. Very clean and tidy. Communal kitchen / diner well equipped with everything you would need. Location great with local amenities within walking distance.
Nothing to do with the property but I prefer memory foam pillows but that’s my own preference. Don’t get me wrong the pillows supplied are good just my preference. Nothing I didn’t like about the stay to be fair.

It was close to Grimsby Town FC, it was as advertised and the communication was great! A great spot for the footy. Glad I picked it.
