Beautiful New-Build Home in Grimsby with free parking

The host could not have been more helpful. I got a free upgrade and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. The breakfast was included and they even offered to cook me a full English! The facilities were excellent, and even though there is a shared bathroom and I believe all the rooms were taken, there were no issues. They even provided a towel and a dinky pair of slippers! There were a few sweets and snacks on the coffee tray and even a sachet of electrolytes to help prevent dehydration from the heat. 🥰. There's a large Aldi nearby in case you need anything, but honestly, the hosts were more than helpful and huge thanks go to them. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I only had one issue, and it's absolutely nothing to do with the host and is purely for information. As a non-driver I rely on taxis or public transport to get around. As of todays date, 10.08.26, it is still a very new build site and, as with such sites, some logistics have been slow to catch up. Currently there is one bus that runs twice a day, two days a week. This was fine for me due to the days I was there, but I think it's worth bearing in mind.

It was really clean and the bed had a super comfy mattress. A smart TV in the room meant we could watch a film on Netflix.

Nothing. The host had done everything she could to make us welcome and comfortable. For the price we were amazed to get coffee, coke, breakfast and snacks!

The hosts are amazing so nice and very helpful, their property is lovely and in a quiet area, the rooms are very good value for you money and always kept clean as well as the kitchen and toilet, couldn’t recommend this place enough ☺️
