The staff at Hotel Domus really are lovely, welcoming and so helpful. They let me check in early (not pre-arranged), my breakfast was bought to my table each morning, everything was fresh, tasty and they replenished my coffee on request. My room was directly opposite the reception/breakfast room and I was greeted warmly all the time. I felt really safe, welcome and looked after. Excellent reception on the TV and lots of channels available and an efficient air con system. Really close the the centre and lots of choices nearby to find great, reasonably priced meal.
The fabric shower curtain takes some getting used to. Some of the guests on my last night at the property were a bit noisy but nothing much the owners could do about that.

The staff were so friendly, kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location within easy walking distance of many main attractions in the old historic center. Very clean and quiet. They also let us check in early. Very affordable and well run.

Room was spacious, well lit, bathroom was neat & clean.
Breakfast could have been better.
Approach & accessibility could be better. Should have been made aware of NO elevator on premises. We had to carry our bags up the stairs with no help from the hotel.
Our request for a late check-out was denied very rudely.
We would not recommend this hotel for people over 50 or with disabilities.
