The manager was very helpful, friendly and nice. Made us feel at home. He spoke adequate english and even helped us with the luggage up the stairs.
It would have been great with coffee made the old-fashioned way.

Right in the centre of Coimbra and easy to get into the old town and the university
Hotel was difficult to locate on SatNav as it was in a precinct and had a short walk from main road to get to the hotel. Parking off site about 100 metres from hotel which was not particularly convenient

Confortable
My breakfast order was questioned
6 / 10Average·Jun 2025
Room was spacious, well lit, bathroom was neat & clean.
Breakfast could have been better. Approach & accessibility could be better. Should have been made aware of NO elevator on premises. We had to carry our bags up the stairs with no help from the hotel. Our request for a late check-out was denied very rudely. We would not recommend this hotel for people over 50 or with disabilities.
