Cosy studio almost on the beach

Martine was very friendly, flexible and very easy to communicate with. The studio is perfectly located with an amazing view. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need, bathroom as well. There are touristic folders and maps. Of course TV and WiFi is there as well, there was even a bluetooth speaker. I stayed there with my mom, so we used both the bed and the extendable couch. It requires some shifting the furniture around to extend the couch but it is perfectly feasible. The studio is on the 3rd floor, the lift can be quite sluggish, and the staircase is quite steep and very narrow, something to keep in mind. It is really great that there is a parking spot in the underground garage available, but it will be difficult to fit a bigger car there, if you drive a SUV almost impossible.

My only remark is that the bathroom is very dark

View of sea and sunset from the balcony. Comfy pull down bed. Allocated space in underground secure parking. Responsive host . Nicely decorated and very clean.

Extra cost for sheets and towels. Suggest a map for local shops with timings

Genoten van ons weekendje De Panne

aangenaam onthaal met eigenares die sleutels overhandigde en uitlage gaf. Parkeergarage is pluspunt. Alles is voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. uitzicht naar zee, dicht bij strand. vrij kalme periode (23/01/2026-25/01/2025). 15 minuten stappen naar centrum.We komen zeker nog eens terug.

L emplacement parfait du studio, le confort du studio et le super accueil de Martine qui de plus, est tres réactive. Nos deux bergers Allemands furent les bienvenus.

Nette Gastgeberin! Das Appartement liegt im 3.OG, mit Fensterfront und Balkon und Weitblick zum Meer, toll! Ausstattung perfekt, alles top modern und sauber. Die breite Bettdecke ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Bett mir persönlich zu weich, alles Geschmacksache. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gratis. Wenige Gehminuten zum schönen Strand.

Mooi appartement. We waren met 3 personen. Mooi uitzicht. Alles aanwezig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen parkeerplek in de kelder.

Met 3 is het wel aan de krappe kant. We verbleven 4 nachten en lieten de slaapbank wel staan want je gaat dit niet elke keer opruimen, dat was een keus, maar daardoor hadden we minder ruimte over.

Fantastisch!

De hygiëne! Het appartement was kraaknet. Martine is een heel vriendelijke vrouw. Er stonden zelfs een fles water, een zelfgemaakte confituur, enkele snoepjes en twee koffiepadjes voor de nieuwe Senseo klaar! Ik heb van mijn vakantie genoten.

De winkels waren ver wandelen. Misschien een tip: een fiets ter beschikking stellen.

Un très beau séjour ensoleillé, remplie de balades dans les sentiers.

L’emplacement est parfait et la vue sur la mer magnifique. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Les chiens sont admis, le studio bénéficie d’une belle terrasse et est bien équipé.

Le lit de 1,40m, un peu petit, mais heureusement, il y en a deux.

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeberin! Schönes Appartement, modern,sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann von der Wohnung aus aufs Meer sehen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im Haus. Tolle Strandpromenade und Strand sehr nah. Die Bettdecken sind groß (Doppelbett) das muss man berücksichtigen, wenn man Bettwäsche mitbringt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können extra vor Ort gemietet werden. Die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität exakt überein

Belle terrasse,belle vue sur la mer malgré la 2e ligne, tres propre, bien équipé. L'accueil était très agréable et les explications complètes.

Ce sont évidemment des appartements locatifs, insonorisation perfectible.. Nuisance limitée, cela n'a pas affecté le séjour!

Ideale studio voor koppel

We hebben een uiterst prettig verblijf gehad. De host gaf ons een persoonlijk en warm onthaal. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een korte, maar ook langer, vakantie is aanwezig. Mooi, licht en met veel oog voor detail ingericht. Een prachtig uitzicht op zee, recent gerenoveerd en ook erg proper. Groot pluspunt is dat we onze hond mochten meenemen. Dank je wel nogmaals!
