Het prachtige ruime uitzicht en terras.De autovrije en rustige ligging ..mooi opgefrist ! Kort bij strand en tram .
Sanitaire verouderd,en te weinig superettes of groenten en fruit zaken in de buurt.Vooral als je er logeert zonder auto en al wat minder goed de been bent . Ook geen plaats in de kleerkasten,het lag vol met privé spullen.

Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist wunderbar. Ruhige Lage Zum Zentrum 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt im Hause vorhanden, sehr grosser Vorteil. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe mit der Agentur kein Problem. Super nett. Ausführliche Erklärung. Super schöner, grosser sauberer Strand.
- Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe!!! Absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Im kleinen Bad riecht es stark. - Sauberkeit ist in der ganzen Wohnung nicht gegeben. - Im Wohnzimmer waren überall Haare zu finden, auf dem Teppich und dem Sofa. Gardinen verdreckt. Schränke teilweise verklebt. - Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. - Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
