You’ll be able to easily walk to the many lively bars and trendy eateries this area is known for. Although, if you plan to venture further afield, the building's private parking is a huge perk. Aside from the apartment itself – which is contemporary, comfortable and boasts a private balcony – there are some great shared amenities here too, including a swimming pool and gym. Bear in mind that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed and street noise may be an issue, particularly for light sleepers.
