This is a beautiful property ,spacious, very well equipped, and impeccably clean. Everything you need is provided, which makes the stay extremely comfortable. The landlord is incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind, which truly makes a difference. The location is excellent and very convenient. I highly recommend this place. I’ve already stayed here three times and would absolutely come back again.

Daycare warning.

The location was good, and the host was very quick to respond about the pool cues and ordered new ones on amazon, though none had tips to play. The AC worked great.

The quality of the pool table and cues were very bad. The shower in one of the bathrooms has broken knobs and the floors were pretty dirty, all of our socks were consistently filthy and it was quite dusty. There is a daycare on the other side of the duplex that is very loud and the children occupy the outdoor space, there were lots of balls, toys, etc. around our vehicles parking space and they get noisy pretty early. The location also is much further away than the original posting, they do notify about the inaccuracy right after booking, but unfortunately I didn't check my app in time to cancel. Originally we were about a 10-15min walk away from the events planned, but the actual address was about a 45-50min walk. We ended up having to rent a car because of this, but the location ended up being about a half hour drive to everything which wasn't bad. The neighborhood felt safe too. The list of house rules was very extensive. If you're choosing this for the pool table or quiet, this is not the place for you.

Large beautiful place just needs some minor touch ups

A large house but most of those is for a separate sitting and tv viewing areas plus a game room. Kitchen and bathrooms need some updates. The place was probably a nice place a few years ago but needs a lot of little fixes and a washer and dryer. It is quite comfortable for 4.

Overall a good place to stay, especially for young people. Good price, but not flawless.

Location is great. Parking very convenient (right in front of the door) A lot of space which is very impressive when you see it for the first time. Nice design, paintings, decorations, lamps with USB charging ports. You have everything you need there. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas stove is amazing. Huge TV with live tv streaming services and YouTube etc. Good and stable Internet connection, you can actually do some work here. (Needed to ask for WiFi password though). Billiard table is nice (even though 1 ball was missing).

Unfortunately it was not very clean. On the second day we found a huge dead cockroach in one of the bathrooms. The owner told us that it never happened before but there was a cockroach spray in one of the drawers. I’m sure the owner knows about that problem. They told us to keep doors closed as they might come from outside, however our door was closed all the time. Thankfully that spray did the job. Check in process was not flawless. Password for the door was only provided on request and it was a little bit confusing on how to enter the property (I believe they recently changed the lock). I also hope they change the password for every new customer. I also didn’t like the ask of the owner to give them 5 star review for a discount. I prefer to give my honest feedback, because I rely on other reviews when I book myself.

Location, size of the property and general vibe.

Not much to report, it’s slightly dated in some ways, but that’s part of the charm. And there are massive TVs so it’s a good mix of what feels like an authentic LA home with modern amenities.

The place looks great on pictures and is a absolute disappointment upon arrival.

The location was quite good to reach surrounding areas.

The place felt run-down. Upon arrival, we immediately inspected the place just to find a broken bed and sun-blind. We informed the host about it and were even so kind to say that it's not a problem, and we would sleep with the mattress on the floor, although it was not comfortable. Instead of some reimbursement, they tried to blame the broken bed on us and wanted to charge us $500 for a new bed. In addition, they left the trash cans on the street before we came and held us responsible for neighbors complaining about it, although it's not our job as guests to do their admin operations. We have no problem doing it, but we'd rather be kindly asked to help, instead of being blamed. They had plenty of wine glasses, but only one normal glass for daily use. Last but not least, the street in front of the house is super busy, which leads to a lot of noise in the house. As we did not spend much time in the place, as we used it as a base to discover Los Angeles, it was okay. Watching movies at night was sometimes hard, as the car sounds constantly overshadowed the TV sound. Due to a very weird window construction in one of the bedrooms, it felt like sleeping with an open window, although the windows were closed. So in case you are sound sensitive while sleeping, that bedroom will give you a hard time, even if the bed would be fixed.

Great location and amazing value for money. Easy to access and so quiet if you’re just looking to relax. Very close to the tourist location which we loved for our 2 day stay before coming back to the uk.

This was a large, clean unit with tons of character but several drawbacks

The unit was large and clean and had a ton of character. The place allowed dogs for an additional $50 fee which was a large reason we decided to book.

We were excited to use the billiards table as it was advertised as the first photo on the listing. However, it was not functional given they were missing a ball, and the bumpers were broken. There is a gorgeous nook with great natural light, but we couldn’t use the space because one of the couch legs was snapped off. The rental agency was made aware but did not offer support. In addition, there were ants in the guest bedroom and kitchen. The rental agency was very strict and required us to wash all our dishes and replace them before leaving, (despite a cleaning fee), and place all the remotes in a specific location or else they threatened to charge us. Despite the aforementioned issues, I am still giving this place an 8/10 because space was large, clean, and had a ton of character with a great kitchen and entertainment room at a good price.

The location

Be aware... the property situation isn't as good as it shows in the pictures... The furniture is old and broken. I sat on a sofa, and it fell down. It turns out its leg was broken, and they just reconnected it without fixing it. I reported the situation with photos to the person who communicated with me through the booking app, and they tried to accuse us that we damaged it . They didn't leave any extra blankets or bedsheets for 4 nights... The property has no laundry .. The property was just painted before we reached for checking in, and iwalls still wet. Some of the wallpapers weren't finished yet cause they were in a hurry to finish prior to our check-in. Eventually, I received a claim note from booking claiming that we should pay for these unfinished wallpapers and the hidden broken leg of the sofa?????? They even claimed that I broke a water tab, and I didn't see any tab broken???? I have been using booking.com for more than 12 years with may be more than a hundred bookings and never ever had such an experience like that. it's obvious that no one checked the property and recorded the defects prior to our coming. No one was there to go over the property with us, and they want to throw their defects on us. .. I'm not sure if they did that because they saw us through the cam a minority from a different culture or because they are scammers or maybe BOTH

1. К этому бронированию шло бесплатное такси от аэропорта . Это было замечательно Более того нам предоставили раннее заселение . В 13.00 , а ни в 16 .00 как заявлено . 2. Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже отдельного частного дома , на первом этаже похоже семейный детский сад , но это не создает никаких неудобств . Ты не видишь и не слышишь других людей или детей . Ощущение отдельного частного дома и полного уединение . Есть закрытый задний двор и выход во двор . В апартаментах было чисто , вся необходимая посуда и техника была . Очень удобные матрасы и подушки . Идеально чистое белье .Бильярдный стол -прекрасное развлечение на вечер для компании . Дом имеет три комнаты , удобен для большой семьи . Санузел смежный между двумя спальнями , а из детской есть еще один отдельный санузел . Район хороший , улица не такая шумная , как пишут в предидущих отзывах . Для Америки и цен в Лос Анжелесе - это прекрасное соотношение цены качества и самой квартиры !

Самое важное в отношениях с клиентом - это честность . Если Вы планируете снять апартаменты рядом от Родео Драйв , то данный объект находится очень далеко . Нельзя обманным путем ловить клиентов !!!!! Хозяин ставит локацию в 3 мин пешком от достопримечательностей от Родео Драйв . Люди бронируют , а потом получают письмо -счастье , что живешь в другом районе . И отменить бронирование уже проблема . Я думаю, что адрес обязательно должна проверять и компания букинг . И не допускать вранья в своем приложении . Это очень разочаровало . И еще было письмо от хозяина , в котором на нескольких листах содержалась информация с угрозами для гостей . Да , не правилами проживания , а угрозами и санкциями . Я очень хотела отменить это бронирование , но деньги были уже списаны и не было времени вступать в борьбу за возврат денег . Еще был один неприятный момент , кто- то пытался утром открыть дверь из заднего двора , мы еще спали , но вскрытие разбудило нас , мужчины встали и спугнули ,того ,кто лез в дом …. Так же вызывало неудобство смежного санузла . Из двух взрослых спален с разных сторон вход в один туалет . А из детской отдельный туалет . Комнат 3 , но взрослые люди не могут спать на двухъярусных кроватях в детской . Так , что если Вас больше 4 взрослых , вы не сможете там жить . Хотя квартира очень большая .нас было 4 взрослых и одних ребенок , нам предоставили очень мало полотенец .

Muy recomendado

El host siempre atento y nos dejo todo claro para no batallar. Me gustó como tienen decorado y muy bien equipado. La cocina tiene todo lo básico que se podría necesitar, el baño también tiene amenidades las cuales se agradecen y suficientes toallas para todos. Se nota la consideración que tienen para con sus huéspedes. Electrodomésticos nuevos y funcionales. Tiene una excelente ubicación, en un calle principal pero tranquila. Es una casa grande, que ya se le notan sus años pero por el precio y tamaño, es mas de lo que se esta pagando.

No está en la ubicación que la pagina señala pero te lo avisan al reservar y te dan tiempo para cancelar en caso de que no sea conveniente, solo para señalar.

Die Geräumigkeit hat uns als Familie gut gefallen.

Es war nicht sauber, die Wohnung war verlebt und nicht instand gehalten. Die Markise war zerrissen, das Geschirr war nicht vollständig und schmutzig. Ebenso die Bettwäsche- darauf waren Make-Up Flecken. Eine Dusche war defekt. Am Ende wurden wir beschuldigt, Handtücher beschädigt zu haben und sollten 200$ Strafe zahlen.
