The apartment is well located in the center city, clean, and was easy to get to many tourists destinations. The host allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier since we landed in Rome at 7:00 am. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the caring atmosphere.
The sofa beds were amazingly comfortable, but the mattress in the bedroom and its pillows are not so great. They probably need to be changed soon. Also finding the entrance to the place was a bit tricky. Maybe put an obvious sign near the building or send the detailed information to the guests before they arrive in Rome.

Where the property is located, it’s good area. However there were many panhandlers right outside of the entrance.
It was very confusing to get inside of the property. There were many doors you need to open to go into the room, it was quite far from the outside entry door.

Great location, close to the supermarkets, great restaurants, walking distance to Pantheon.
The washing machine didn’t work, with three young kids this was disappointing. The shower had a blocked drain therefore the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor.
