APPENA RESTORED AND RESTAURANT APARTMENT (FINE WORK APRIL END) and despite being at ROME CENTER precisely in TRASTEVERE, a full of people at any time of the day (night) is VERY SILENT inside a 19th century palace . Since the furniture has been refurbished, beds, kitchen (not kitchenette) are totally new and the kitchen is fully equipped with any utensils as well as microwave and dishwasher!All the apartment has a recently restored brick ceiling of the 800 (one show !!!)

Summary of reviewsThe house is clean and cozy. The host is kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Rome during the day and enjoying the nightlife in Trastevere. Many amenities nearby such as banks, markets, bars, and even a playground. Definitely worth returning.

La casa si presenta pulita e accogliente. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per visitare Roma di giorno e uscire poi nella movida serale dato che si trova nel cuore di trastevere. Tanti servizi a due passi come banche, mercati, bar e anche il parco giochi nella vicina pizza S. Cosimato. Da ritornarci sicuramente

Apartment was adequate for our stay. Construction was going on in another unit and it was quite noisy. Check in communication was a bit of a challenge and the cancellation policy is firm. Despite having been within the deadline to cancel our last night we ended up having to pay.
