A comfortable, roomy space in a quiet corner of town and a short walk from the center.

Great location away from the tourist hordes and next to a good bar and maybe the best restaurant in town. It's also across the street from the beach.

It could use some art on the walls.

Top. Gute Unterkunft an guter Lage. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Alles was es braucht. Nichts Zuviel. Scheint ausschliesslich für die Vermietung zu bestehen. Null persönliche Gegenstände. Beste Lage für den Wassersport. Wir sind Paddelsportler:innen. Kayak und Stand-Up-Paddle / SUP. Die knapp 80m bis zum Strand sind ein gutes Argument. Oder die 500m bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, bzw. Die 950m bis ins Zentrum. Auch die Einbindung in den öffentlichen Verkehr ist super. Busse hat es genug. Der Parkplatz - privat - um diese Jahreszeit ist in dem Ort auch eine super Sache. Wir kommen - zwischen Oktober und März - wieder! Bei Fragen wurden wir online immer innert 1.5 - 3 Stunden effizient bedient.

Comodissimo!

Posizione centrale e posto auto (fondamentale in questi luoghi perché i parcheggi pubblici costano tantissimo). La signora che ci ha fatto il check-in gentile e puntuale, molto disponibile. L’appartamento è ristrutturato di recente e Fedele alle immagini con molti comfort tra cui la lavastoviglie.

La pulizia può essere migliorata!

Der Ort ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft war ideal.

Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, die Bilder haben abgebildet, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Wohnanlage gefunden. Das Apartment liegt ruhig von der Straße zurückversetzt, sobald man die Anlage verlässt, ist man schon an einem der Strände, zu Fuß etwa 10 min entlang der Meerespromenade dann mitten im Zentrum. Dadurch, dass es keine Ferienanlage ist, hatten wir eine Nachbarschaft aus Italienern, die da ganz normal wohnen, das hat eine Gefühl von zu Hause vermittelt. Im Apartment hat alles funktioniert. Es gab zwar keinen Zimmerservice (das haben wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen in Italien auch schon anders erlebt), aber es war alles in den Räumlichkeiten vorhanden (frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Reinigungsmittel etc.).

Risse im Putz und Abblättern an einigen Stellen, in einer Ecke sah es wie Schimmel aus. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Polster sind beim ganz normalen drauf Sitzen ständig nach vorne weggerutscht. Das hat das Vergnügen aber nicht wirklich geschmälert.

Es todo nuevo, cómodo y todo perfectamente limpio! Y además queda increíblemente ubicado. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Lo ideal es que compren en el supermercado de la spezia (le terrace) que gastamos mucho menos que en el supermercado de portovenere. Y luego cocinan en el departamento

El precio me parece bastante caro y decía que contaba con wifi y lamentablemente no anduvo aunque hemos pedido si pueden abonarnos los datos del celular y amablemente lo han resarcido. Ah! Y le falta un hornito pequeño para cocinar pizzas.
