Ottima posizione a un passo dalla spiaggia. Il parcheggio condominiale è stato fondamentale. La casa è come in foto, ristrutturata recentemente, un arredo funzionale, c'è lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Appartamento pulito. Terrazzo con tavolo dove mangiare con vista mare.
Filtri dell'aria condizionata molto sporchi (avendo un neonato, li abbiamo controllati e dovuti pulire prima di accenderla) Finestre da sistemare, molto difficili da aprire e chiudere, probabilmente rovinate dagli ospiti precedenti. Bagno senza finestra, ne aspiratore dell'aria. Tenda del terrazzo rotta, sono venuti a prendere le misure proprio durante il nostro soggiorno.

De locatie is prima. Vlakbij een strand en een 10 tal minuutjes van het centrum.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sie liegt sehr gut und strandnah in Portovenere. In der Wohnung funktioniert alles problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.
Die Matratzen des Doppelbetts sind durchgelegen und sollten erneuert werden. Es gab offensichtlich Schimmel in der Wohnung, der überstrichen wurde. Die Nachbarn haben an 3 von 4 Abenden gestritten und sich angeschrien.

Nothing really. I just have a suggestion: they should place a rubber mat on the shower plate because it’s a bit slippery.
