Casa Lorenza was amazing and Marco gave us the best advice on what to do and where to eat. Aazing!

This was a great location and Marco was amazing! We were a bit frazzled from our drive and we were having some issues pariking (on us, completely!) and by the time we got to the location we were beat. Marco was wonderful and helpful, and suggested that we go for a swim -- we had already gone swimming earlier in the day, but we decided to folow his advise. Amazing! It was exactly what we needed and we felt completely rejuvenated. We asked his advice on dinner and other activities and every single recommendation was fabulous! The location was convenient to all the best sights while still quiet enough to get some rest. We would definitely stay here again -- we actually talked about trying to extend but it was already booked the next night.

Superb

The apartement was spacious and the kitchen had all the facilities needed for cooking. Having the washing machine with washing soap included was very good.

Finding the property via google took us on the route down the waterfront which was very rough on suitcases and led us to a spot with three places with #3. It would be helpful if the door was labelled with 'Casalorenza' to save confusion as the street has no street label.

Beauty, comfort and conviviality in a fascinating little medieval town with a cosy, lively harbour

No cars, quiet location in the steep, narrow alleys in this fascinating and beautiful little fortified medieval town in an amazing location, on a headland facing three small islands across a channel. Cosy, lively harbour a few minutes walk away, teeming with small boats. Numerous places to eat and have coffee. Easy to get to Lerici and the beautiful Cinque Terre villages by boat or on the train from nearby La Spezia. Abundant beauty spots nearby, including the mountains beyond La Spezia. Comfortable and attractive accommodation with all facilities. Nearby parking a few hundred metres away can be used via the EasyPark system and, between mid-October and mid-March, is free of charge. Due to the authentic nature of the town on steep ground without vehicle access (as in many of the surrounding villages), there are numerous alleyways and staircases to get around to the houses on various levels.

I can not fault the Apartment it was as advertised and we had a wonderful few days in Porto Venere

There was a generous amount of coffee and tea available on arrival. Stables like oil and seasoning and and sugar were also available. It provided all the basics! The Location was central within the pedestrianised area of the oldtown and about a 5 min walk to the bakery and a 15 min walk to the supermarket.

A bit inconvinient, that there is no long term parking in the town and you need to take a bus to parking lot.

size of the appartment, position is nice but should be clearly indicated - should walk 5 minutes and use stairs to acces (not a problem for myself, but always good to know in advance)

Posizione perfetta, centrale e comoda per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Bagno e camere puliti e funzionali. Il proprietario molto disponibile e preciso nelle informazioni fornite.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare spunti di miglioramento possiamo segnalare la zona soggiorno/cucina poco luminosa e arredamento un po' datato. Ma questo è un gusto puramente soggettivo.

Appartamento spazioso in centro.

La posizione (praticamente al centro di Portovenere), la gentilezza dell’host Marco e la sua disponibilità. La pulizia e l’accoglienza degli ambienti, il prezzo onestissimo. Super adatto per le famiglie, è dotato di tutti i comfort.

Assolutamente nulla. È la seconda volta che vengo qui e ci ritornerei ancora altre volte.

Bardzo wygodny apartament nawet dla 4 osób

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum, ale nie przy samej głównej ulicy, dzięki czemu w nocy może cię zbudzić tylko gadanie mew. Parking w Portovenere płatny od 8:00 do 21:00 trzy Euro za godzinę, a więc wskazane wypady za miasto, a jest gdzie! Zwykle udawało nam się zaparkować w odległości jakieś 500 metrów od app., co i tak było niezłym wynikiem. Gdy już zaparkujesz, pamiętaj aby nie podążać dookoła za Googlami wzdłuż portu, ale wejść przez bramę do miasta i główną uliczką handlową po 150 metrach dotrzesz do drugich schodów, skąd po 30 stopniach w górę będzie wejście do Casa Lorenza.

Meble w kuchni są dosyć leciwe, a cały układ kuchenny mało ergonomiczny. W app. brakuje też widoku z okna lub balkonu, gdzie możnaby podziwiać miasteczko.

Tutto è andato bene. Posto pulito, silenzioso ed accogliente. Il proprietario Marco ci ha ben indirizzato in tutte le nostre richieste.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico. I parcheggi auto sono lontani.
