What an absolute pleasure this stay was. Athi is such a fantastic ambassador for Africamps and South Africa in general.
The accommodation is clean, super comfortable and has everything you need to have a great time.
It's superbly situated close to Addo Elephant National park. The grounds are beautiful and great for walking around. The resident Njalas is just the cherry on top.

Such a romantic setup. Everything is beautiful
The cost is high for an Eastern Cape budget but as I said it’s a spoil.

Close to Addo Elephant National Park.
A clever take on the “glamping” model.
It rained heavily and some cars got bogged on the road out.
Shared bathroom was noisy overnight.
Only heating was a wood fire, and there is an additional cost for firewood.
