Hotel was amazing. Brand new second night open. Staff was wonderful
The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed because of the water proof mattress pad.

I actually like that I ended up with a disabled room because I'm very short and have hip problems and the bed was a lot lower than usual so it was a lot easier to get into and I could reach the top shells in the kitchenette. I also like the fact that there is a kitchenette and a fitness center and laundry facilities which were very clean. The bathroom was a really nice size and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and there were several different lamps and light switches I could use. Also I like the fact that there were hard floors and no carpeting.
When I first arrived I was told the elevators were not working and I would be on the 4th floor . I'm physically not able to walk up four flights of stairs. I'm not sure if I would have been able to walk up one flight of stairs safely. The refrigerator did not work and so I lost some food that I had purchased which they didn't seem to care about and also I had ordered some doordash my first night and it was somehow stolen the bag not the soda I had the soda but the bag was gone and somehow the cameras did not pick up what happened which doesn't make sense to me because the person walked in the first set of doors to set my food down before the second set which would have definitely activated the motion sensors so either the security system wasn't working properly or somebody was lying
