I needed towels.
They never asked if I wanted towels oh s because when I checked in there was no toweled!! I had to actually go out and buy my own towels. Family of four and at like 8pm they FINALLY gave me ONE TOWEL NOT TWO OR FOUR LIKE YOUR SUPPOSED TOI!!! Only one
Manager is bit nice but then pink the front desk lady is rude and dies not understand English!!! She made me feel stupid

There was hair all in the room so I had to clean there where stains on the sheet so I bought one and on Agoda it says checkout is 12pm when it’s 11pm and the last day the toilet broke I also seen a big roach crawling up the ice maker and there was no information on Agoda that I would have to pay a $100 deposit a lot of information was not right
