The location was convenient, although it never mentioned being next to the train station, although we didn't hear any noise. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The unit was clean and everything was new.
There was a community garden area but it was not inviting. Broken chairs and overgrown plants. The bedroom had no curtain in it and this felt like it lacked privacy.

Praktisch gelegen, sauber, Parkplatz und Garten vorhanden
Die Kaffeemaschine Dolce Gusto, ausserdem ging sie nicht. Man hat angeboten sie zu ersetzen, was wir aber nicht wollten. Eine italienische Espressomaschine (Bialetti) wäre wünschenswert.

- Amazing location, it really helped to enjoy Locarno even more - close to the station if you need to travel - garden with a dining table is amazing , wish I could spend more time there - possibility to park your car right next to the entrance
- No iron in the apartment - problems with electricity, you can’t plug in the kettle in the socket at the kitchen isle because it turns off electricity in the whole apartment, had to boil water in a pan to avoid overloading electricity system - there were only two blankets for 3 people, one of which was not really suitable for a colder season. I felt uncomfortably cold at night.

Great location. Big terrace, although overgrown and not taken care of.
We we’re there in August, no AC makes the apartment feel like a hint of a damp basement.
