La ubicación y comodida del lugar. Tiene aire acondicionado, muy necesario en Jaén, y todo estaba muy limpio.
La plancha y tabla de planchar estaban rotas.

Las instalaciones modernas y el apartamento muy chulo
La limpieza. Nefasta, había marcas de grasa en los muebles de la cocina y la encimera no estaba limpia. El frigorífico con mucho polvo por arriba y por dentro sucio. Toallas se veían que se habían lavado pero no olían bien y tenían marcas de suciedad, al igual con las sábanas. El baño tampoco estaba limpio, incluyendo la ducha. La verdad que deja mucho que desear la limpieza del apartamento, y es una pena porque por lo demás todo genial.
