Fácil acceso y buena ubicación, mobiliario confortable y zona tranquila. Comunicación fluida con la encargada del alojamiento. TV en sala y cuarto. Adaptador de enchufe internacional. Shampoo y Jabón disponibles. Secador para el pelo.
Falta importante de limpieza general: madejas de pelos en la ducha, bajo la cama y la sala; frigorífico con manchas y restos de comida, microondas con salpicaduras, sofá con manchas grandes y muy visibles, filtros de los aires acondicionados MUY mal olientes y desagradables, suciedad evidente por falta de barrido/aspirado en suelos de todo el apartamento, manchas en la sabana y colcha, mesa con surcos/huellas de vasos y platos...

It's a flat that's been converted into apartments. The staircase and main entrance are very old and poorly maintained. If they showed a picture of the entrance, they wouldn't rent it. There's a lot of noise from the neighbors. The cleaning was okay, but the duvet was stained. It's not worth the price.
It's an easy way to make apartments, but not everything goes.
