El propietario disponible y atento en todo momento. Nos solucionó el problema del agua enseguida
Mas que no gustarme , destacaría puntos de mejora. Un mantenimiento un poco más detallado, en la pintura, la tv( no iban los canales) y el aire algo ruidoso, supongo que por no se nuevo. El sofá también tenía alguna mancha. Pero la relación calidad precio es correcta

La casa es acogedora y muy completa. Para padres y dos críos, perfecta.
Para aparcar las calles son un caos. Muy difícil pero te apañas sin caminar demasiado.

El apartamento esta muy bien, cama cómoda, bonita decoración.
Según entras al portal huele a gato, dentro del apartamento nada, pero fuera es muy intenso. La puerta del portal hace mucho ruido y dificulta el descanso. La ubicación no muy buena.
