Hyvällä paikalla oleva asunto. Sopii hyvin vaikka kahdelle pariskunnalle. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja niiden välissä yhteinen oleskelutila keittiöllä. Kaksi pesuhuonetta huoneistossa, mikä plussaa.
Ikkunoiden tiivistys olisi katumelun kuulumisen kannalta hyvä. Ikkunoista myös veti jonkin verran.

Het enigste puntje zou zijn dat de keuken scheef stond en de kraan los zat voor de rest was het allemaal top.

Шикарный вид из больших окон и днем и ночью: река Влтава, курсирующие кораблики, мост, трамваи как мурашки... Очень просторная квартира, хватило всем места сполна. Ещё плюсом было два санузла и душевые.
Приехали по адресу забирать ключи и ничего не понятно как, кого и где искать. Окна очень старые и от шума совсем не спасают, слышно каждую машину/ трамвай. Ремонт в квартире сделан только частично, некоторые мебли тоже родом из советского союза. Но вид из окон и квадратура апартаментов компенсировали все минусы

The apartment was big and the location was excellent. The heating worked well.
The furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds are very difficult for an elderly person to get out of. The sofa was really uncomforable to sit on. The table was a bit unstable. The windows were not well insulated and you could feel the cold air coming in.
