Hâvre de paix à Saint Lunaire
Tout faire à pied à partir de cette très jolie maison calme, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, accueillante et fonctionnelle. Il ne manquait rien! Un vrai bonheur! Bertrand a été très réactif et aux petits soins. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour irréprochable au sein d'une magnifique maison ancienne rénovée avec chic et classe 🤩
La maison est superbe et est située à moins de 10min à pieds des commerces de proximité de saint-Lunaire, ce qui est très plaisant. Elle possède tous les équipements / mobiliers nécessaires pour un magnifique séjour - ambiance cosy / douillette tout en étant très moderne. Le RDC offre un magnifique lieu ouvert salon / séjour / cuisine. Il est très agréable de cuisiner tout en étant avec ses convives. Les chambres sont plus que spacieuses. Chacun trouve son espace salle de bain et WC. Le jardin est agréable et permet de profiter de l'extérieur. Dans la cave, on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour agrémenter le séjour (jeux enfants, vélos, pelles de plage...)
Etant fumeuse, un plus serait un porche abrité côté jardin permettant d'être à l'abri de la pluie. Côté électro-ménager, une amélioration serait un petit aspirateur portatif côté cuisine afin d'aspirer les miettes lors des repas 😉. Il serait intéressant d'étudier la possibilité d'équiper les fenêtres RDC donnant sur la rue de rideaux pour plus d'intimité.
