La communication avant et pendant est exceptionnelle et efficace. L'appartement, dans un quartier très calme, est chouette et bien équipé. Tout est vraiment bien pensé pour y séjourner plusieurs jours sans manquer de rien. Bien placé à l'extérieur du centre ville mais très vite sur Congress Av. qui mène partout et avec de nombreux bars, restos et magasins.
Franchement rien. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

We liked being walking distance to the venue we bought tickets to. There was plenty of toilet paper and 4 towels for the 4 of us. The AC was working well.
The living room area carpet was stained and dirty. The living room sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. It did not have any support and felt very cheap. When you sit on the the sofa, you will slide down forward to the floor. I had to rewash dishes, pots, and pans that I needed to use, even then, some of the pans were unusable due to unremovable stains and rust.
