Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. This is a guest house behind a main house, there is a rocky driveway that you have to travel over with your luggage but it was no problem for us. We loved our visit to Austin and would definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous place! Our teenage son didn’t tell us until the last day that he didn’t have a blanket for the pull out sofa. If you’re using that as a bed, make sure you ask for a comforter. Other than that, the house is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Close to South Congress and Lady Bird Trail. Nice amenities at the house. Would stay there again.

My daughter graduated from UT!! This place was the perfect location and fit for all of us. All amenities provided meant we lacked nothing. I truly hope that we can stay some time in the near future. Thank you!
