We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Was as described in the listing. Host was welcoming and communicative, would recommend staying here!

The condo was nice but a little older than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was pretty clean. The handle to the refrigerator was sticky and the bathrooms and bedroom floor had more dust than I would have liked. The rooms and bathroom were good sized. The master had a large shower and the guest had a dressing table. AC and all the appliances we used worked well. The condo is not really in “walking distance” of much except a gas station. It is very hilly in that area and everything is 1/2 mile or more away. We walked one day to lunch and it was more than a mile to get to the restaurant. It’s also a busy area with lots of traffic.

We stayed here as a group of four for the first weekend of ACL! The host was extremely attentive but not over bearing and gave excellent restaurant recommendations when we needed them! The property was correctly and fairly priced, and the listing was accurate! The really nice air Matt that was provided was a really nice touch and turned out to be a life saver! The kitchen could maybe have used a few more implements but for our purposes we had everything we needed and then some!
