Welcome to the Chalet du Moulin de Lapeyre, nestled on the edge of a 3-hectare private pond, in the heart of a 25-hectare wooded estate in Saint-Estèphe in the Dordogne.
In a preserved natural setting, the chalet welcomes you for a break by the water, as a couple, with family or friends.

🌅 The view:
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the magnificent view of the pond from the large terrace on stilts.
It has a dining area with electric plancha, sunbeds and relaxing furniture to enjoy the scenery from sunrise to sunset.

🏡 Comfort:
The space is generous and designed for everyone's comfort.
The chalet can accommodate up to 7 people and has been designed to be accessible to 1 person with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
Thanks to its wide openings, you will naturally immerse yourself in the beauty of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park.

🌿 Activities
A canoe is available from April to October to take full advantage of the pond.
Hiking, walking, wildlife observation and no-kill fishing will punctuate your stay, from the terrace, the banks or the pontoons.
At 800 metres, the Grand Étang de Saint-Estèphe, the largest body of water in the Périgord, offers supervised swimming in summer, with playgrounds and sports equipment.
