About this house rental
You're tired of promiscuity, pollution, you want space and go green?
So this big house of 10 people is for you! I rent it in the week of June to September.
It is an old farm of the nineteenth with panorama on the valley (hence the name "Bellevue") in a village classified ("the most beautiful villages of France") and tourist. I would say that the environment of the house is a bit like the series "the little house in the meadow" because the house is surrounded by several acres of meadow and wood!
The environment is very quiet, and the house has 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets, large kitchen, living room, dining room, private pool to the octagonal above ground wooden cottage. 5 m diameter, large garden, barbecue, arbor, table tennis with baby equipment on site (crib, changing table ...). Of the 5 bedrooms 3 are very large and 2 smaller. There are 4 double beds and 2 single beds.
Cleaning is a service offered at the end of the rental if you wish for 60 euros.
In the same way it is possible to rent sheets and towels for 80 euros.
There are many opportunities for walks, activities and sightseeing nearby (Brantome 16km, Périgueux 27km, Sarlat ...), relaxation and rest assured.
Rental available for the months of June and September at 700 euros the week or 1200 for the weeks in July and August. I do not take holiday checks.

Lovely spacious, charming, quirky old farmhouse located on the top of a hill in a beautiful area. About a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive)to the beautiful village with great restaurants and a shop. Very peaceful setting. We had an amazing time.

Proximité parfaite avec un village magnifique ! La maison a son charme car ancienne… les planchers craquent beaucoup 😜, l’électroménager mériterait d’être changé et l’évacuation de l’évier est compliquée… l’extérieur est super agréable et la maison est super tranquille ! C’est idéal pour des vacances.

Maison très bien située, et éloignée visuellement du voisinage ; reste cependant à une distance raisonnable du village (environ 10 minutes à pieds). Les équipements de la maison sont un peu hors d'âge mais tout fonctionne parfaitement et la piscine est plutôt sécurisée pour les plus petits puisque l'échelle s'enlève.
St-Jean-de-Côle est un magnifique petit village pittoresque parfait pour s'y balader, y partager un verre ou une table (bons restos).
Bref, je recommande (nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants).

Location de grande taille propre avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons été bien accueillis. La voiture est indispensable car pas de commerce et visite à faire à pieds.
