Tucked away in lush greenery on a small peninsula in the middle of Lake Champlain, this private waterfront home boasts an ideal location for a summer getaway. Priced well, in an expensive North Hero lakeside market, this home is an older renovation, and is slowly receiving upgrades asked for by guests to bring it up to beauty and comfort levels. The lakefront and privacy is unmatched, and we are adding AC shortly. Enjoy it while you can at these reduced prices!

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew we'd be in for a terrific time. This tucked away location made my family's first New England autumn experience worthwhile. We awakened to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the backyard lake view which glistened the living area accompanied by the golden leaves. Between kayaking on the calm shores of Lake Champlain, to jumping between the sauna and tub, we couldn't have asked for a better retreat from city life. To the moon and back, thank you Charles for being so accommodating and hospitable. Looking forward to our return.
