Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Porticcio, this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, 7 minutes' walk from Agosta beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a terrace from which you can enjoy the view. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optic), sofa bed (double) and armchairs.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190).
- A shower room.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A terrace of around 9 m² with electric awning, facing due west with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For added comfort: double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a residence planted with Mediterranean trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops (around 7 minutes' walk), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Visit Ajaccio: old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hikes on the Iles Sanguinaire, on the shores of Lac de Tolla on foot or by bike.
