A real cocoon with a breathtaking view of the port, the towns of Palavas, Sète and on a clear day the whole Pyrenees chain! Shops in the town within walking distance: restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacy, greengrocers, wine shops, the Casino, the seafront promenade is just below the residence!
International golf course, tree climbing park and equestrian center are 5 minutes away by car, kilometers of cycle paths between the pines, without cars, accessible from the apartment (the apartment gives access to a bicycle room).
Montpellier is 20 minutes away.

Parking at the bottom of the residence is paid with a parking meter ticket (day or week), or FREE at the Peupliers parking lot located 12-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Once parked, everything is accessible on foot.
