Magnifique vue mer, bonne communication avec conciergerie, parking (environ 300m), accès restaurants et commerces. Studio très ensoleillé et lumineux mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissent (SDB et sol)
Nous n'avons pas trouvé la literie du canapé confortable (une couette en hiver serait un plus). Nous aurions apprécié un logement chauffé à notre arrivée car très cru et froid dans le studio.

View, facilities, friendly and approachable staff. Location is both good and bad. Good is that it is close to the sea and has a view. Despite everything I describe as bad below, this apart is a good value for money offer (comparing to hotels) ONLY IF you are ok to live without AC, sleep very deeply and ok with an average cleaning.
Bad sheet for extra price was a surprise (if not shock) for me. I travel a lot and the last time I saw this was in post-soviet Crimea. Bad part about location - that it is very noisy late evenings (embankment) , night & morning- seagulls, early morning - unloading goods at restaurants, garbage trucks. And you can’t close your windows because there is no AC. Cleaning should be better! Fridge is not that high not to clean a dust from it, etc
