La localisation avec tout le nécessaire au bas de l immeuble. La décoration soignée. L agencement de l appartement lui même. La communication avec l hôte. Les équipements bien plus présents que d autres appartements Le lit très très confortable le canapé aussi On s y sent comme dans un cocon Nous faisons très souvent des réservations d appartement et celui ci est vraiment mon préféré !
Le manque d isolation acoustique mais ça ce sont les constructions pas le propriétaire.
