About this house rental
Built in 1945, the Cotton Mill Cottage is a fully renovated mill house that provide modern comfort and convenience while retaining its charm and character. Directly across from the mill where "Shoeless" Joe Jackson worked, that at one time helped make Greenville the world's textile capital, there is no better place to soak in the industrial history of this lively neighborhood. The unique shape and position of the lot makes the home feel very private and quiet while still being close to the fun!

-Recently updated kitchen with plenty of granite countertop & breakfast bar
-Locally roasted coffee and filtered water dispenser
-Full size kitchen table with seating for 4
-50" TV with Roku for streaming apps & cable TV (Charter Spectrum)
-Bathroom with walk in shower stall; accessed through 2nd bedroom or through the back hall behind the barn door
-Central A/C & heat
-Blackout drapes in bedrooms & living room
-Laundry area with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board
-Raised back porch with propane gas grill, gas fire pit, and deck chairs
-Fully fenced yard for your 2- and 4-legged family members
-Designated parking in front
-Trolley stop 1 minute away for a free, fun and easy ride downtown (Friday thru Sunday, April thru September only)

Guests sleeping in the 1st bedroom will have to walk through the living room, kitchen and back hall to access the bathroom (or cut through the 2nd bedroom), so we provide bathrobes in that closet for this reason. There are outdoor security cameras at each entrance but none on the inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was responsive and kind. We accidentally broke something small and said we would immediately replace it via Amazon overnight and he was very understanding. The home has everything you could possibly need, except a full length mirror would have been nice for me getting dressed for nicer outings. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in Greenville to start our search for our new home. We found the perfect place to stay for 5 days! Beautifully updated with all the homey touches! When we first walked into the home we were instantly impressed by how clean and organized it was. The location is perfect and it was so quiet! I highly recommend this place!!

The house is super cute very clean bathroom a little small and the host was very quick to respond. Also in a great location just a short drive to everything. We will be back.
